The team behind MD Property Invest brings a diverse range of skill sets and backgrounds, with experience at firms including BlackRock, Fairfield Residential, Newmark, KPMG, Ernst & Young, General Electric, and Seeking Alpha, among others. What draws them to HLC is a shared commitment to the company's core values: Integrity, Own It, Caring, and Ingenuity.

The broader organization includes more than 50 professionals across several locations. Retention runs deep: some team members have been with the company for multiple decades, 50% of the team has been with the organization for more than a decade, and even the newest additions to the MD Property Invest platform bring 8+ years of tenure and expertise.
